H.R. 442 titled "Civil Liberties Act of 1985" would establish a trust fund to compensate Japanese Americans for lost property, income and constitutional rights. H.R. 442 would also address other matters including a request for the president to pardon those convicted of violating curfew and relocation laws imposed on Japanese Americans. Robert T.
